2-6 year olds: Decorate a Ribbon
Hello Kitty is known for her cute little ribbon worn over her left ear. For this craft you will want to get plain headbands (these can be found at craft stores), white ribbon, and fabric markers. Let the kids decorate the ribbons. Help them tie it in a bow and then have an adult hot glue them to the headband. Let the kids wear them throughout the party.
6-10 year olds: Decorate Cookies
Provide icing and sprinkles and let the kids decorate their own cookies. Later on during the tea party let them eat the cookies they decorated.

2-6 year olds: English Pass the Parcel
In England this is a game that is played at almost every birthday party. Wrap a present in lots of different layers. Have the kids sit in a circle and pass the present. Each kid gets to take off a layer of wrapping paper. The kid that takes off the last layer gets to keep the present. If you think the children will have a hard time because they all want a present wrap enough presents for all the children. Once a child gets a gift have them sit off to the side and play with it while the rest of them keep unwrapping until all of them get a gift.

6-10 year olds: Find My Twin
Hello Kitty has a twin named Mimmy. For this game the kids will try and find their twin. You will want to have an even number of children for this game. Draw pictures of different Hello Kitty friends (there are monkeys, bears, raccoons and squirrels). Have two pictures of the same animal. Have the kids come up and pull a picture out of a bowl or hat. Explain to them that they need to act like this animal (they are allowed to make noises and actions). While they are acting they need to find another person that is acting like the same animal. As soon as they find their twin, they need to sit down. The first couple sitting gets a prize.
Food Ideas
This is a tea party so set up the food table to look like a tea party. Hello Kitty’s mom loves to make apple pie, and her twin sister Mimmy loves to make cookies. Make little apple pies and serve tea cookies with punch in a teacup.
